Returns & Exchanges

We are confident that you will be happy and love your medal, but if you decide that it is not suitable or has defects in its structure, please contact us to initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery as marked by the courier. The communication process will be as follows:

• Email info@frankronay.com with a return request, stating your order number andreason for return, we will start the return or exchange process with the information you provide.
• Within 24 to 48 hours, we will be in touch with you to help you have a successful return or exchange process.
• REMEMBER: The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and sent within 3 days of return authorization, without exceptions.
