Shipping
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. We will use the carrier that best suits your order and delivery destination.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! Kindly note that we do not ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers, APO or FPO addresses at this time.
- North America: FREE SHIPPING on all orders.
- Rest of the World: Shipping is calulcated at checkout based on delivery address
How long does it take to receive my order?
For orders in North America: our FREE shipping arrives anywhere between 3-5 business days. We do have the option of $25 expedited shipping which is guaranteed to arrive between 2-3 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, your tracking number will be emailed to you and can be used to see the information/updates about your order. This may take a couple hours and if the order was packed on the weekend, it will be updated on the next available business day! You can also log into your account on our store and find the tracking information.
Can I cancel or update my order? Or change my shipping address?
If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting and cancelling of the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order to Info@frankronay.com. Please note, if an order has already shipped or is custom made, it can no longer be updated or cancelled.

How do I take care of my jewelry?
Jewelry Care Guide: How to Take Care of Your Jewelry

3. **Store Properly**
- Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or jewelry box to avoid scratches and tangling. Keep your jewelry in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
4. **Be Mindful of Temperature Changes**
- Extreme temperature changes can affect the integrity of gemstones and metals. Avoid exposing your jewelry to sudden temperature changes, such as entering a hot tub or sauna.
5. **Inspect Regularly**
- Periodically check your jewelry for signs of wear and tear, such as loose stones or bent prongs. Early detection can prevent more extensive damage.
6. **Professional Cleaning and Maintenance**
- For best results, have your jewelry professionally cleaned and inspected once a year to maintain its shine and ensure its condition. Should you need cleaning or maintenance, please contact us directly, and our team will be happy to assist you.
7. Avoid cleaning solutions, including those designed for silver or gold, as those can have corrosive elements that can dull, remove or strip away color.

What is your jewelry made of?
Our jewelry is made of either 925 sterling silver, plated with 18k yellow gold or rhodium, or made of solid 14k or 18k gold. We utilize natural and designer lab created stones.
What is the emblematic blue center stone?
We use a gorgeous natural blue agate stone to create the backdrop of each piece, with a carved top design that blends elegantly onto the agate to create a signature cameo.
Returns & Exchanges
What is the return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All sale items and custom made or engraved items are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return or exchange without exception.
To start a return, you can contact us at Info@frankronay.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
