Return Window
We offer a 7-day return or exchange window beginning on the date your order is marked delivered by the shipping carrier.
Requests submitted after this period may not be approved.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:

Include all original packaging, tags, certificates, and materials

Show no signs of wear, resizing, alteration, or damage

Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to the sender.
Jewelry Size & Scale Expectations
Product dimensions are listed on each product page. Customers are responsible for reviewing these measurements before purchasing.
Jewelry photographs are often displayed in close-up detail to highlight craftsmanship and design. As a result, items may appear larger in photos than their actual size.
Customers should carefully review the listed millimeter dimensions and product details prior to purchase. Differences in perceived size based on photography or screen display do not constitute a product defect or misrepresentation.
Tamper Seal Requirement
Certain Frank Ronay jewelry items may include a tamper-evident security tag or seal.
To remain eligible for return or exchange:

The security tag must remain attached and unaltered

Jewelry must not be worn or used
If the security tag has been removed, damaged, or altered, the item will be considered ineligible for return or exchange.
Gemstone & Material Verification
All returned jewelry undergoes inspection and verification.
This inspection may include:

inspection of serial numbers or identifying marks
If a returned item shows evidence of:

replaced stones

altered stones
-
damaged settings
-
tampering of any kind
The return may be refused and the item returned to the sender.
Frank Ronay reserves the right to document and report fraudulent activity where appropriate.
Product Representation & Natural Variations
Frank Ronay makes every effort to accurately represent products through descriptions and photography.
However:

natural gemstones may vary slightly in color, clarity, or natural inclusions

small variations in finish or craftsmanship may occur

product appearance may vary based on screen display settings or lighting conditions
These natural variations do not constitute defects.

All returns and exchanges require prior authorization.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges through our Shopify exchange system.
Once an exchange request is approved:

Instructions will be provided through the Shopify return portal.

The original item must be returned and inspected.

After inspection, the replacement item will be processed.
If the replacement item has a higher value, the difference must be paid before shipment.
If the replacement item has a lower value, store credit may be issued for the difference.
Return Shipping
United States Orders
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If requested, we may provide a prepaid return label, and the cost will be deducted from the refund.
We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping. Frank Ronay is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.
International Orders
For international orders:

customers must cover any customs duties or import fees

Return Shipment Deadline
Once a return or exchange request is approved, the item must be shipped within 7 days.
Returns shipped after this timeframe may be declined.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.
If approved:

please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Shipping charges and payment processing fees may not be refundable.
Banks and credit card companies may require additional processing time before refunds appear on your statement.
Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility
All Frank Ronay shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation.
Once a package is marked delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Frank Ronay is not responsible for packages that are:

lost after delivery

stolen after delivery

delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout
For higher-value orders, signature confirmation may be required.
Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.
High-Value Order Verification
To protect customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, Frank Ronay reserves the right to perform additional verification for high-value orders.

Orders that cannot be verified may be delayed, cancelled, or refunded at our discretion.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Customers should inspect orders immediately upon delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Fraud Prevention
Frank Ronay reserves the right to refuse returns suspected of abuse, tampering, or fraudulent activity.
Accounts demonstrating patterns of excessive returns may have return privileges limited or denied.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may return items within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
Items must still meet the return conditions outlined above.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
No Subscription Policy
Frank Ronay does not offer subscription-based products or recurring billing.
All purchases are one-time transactions for physical goods only.
